CREDIT NOTES:

issued credit notes are valid for a period of 6 months from date of issue. they can be used online during checkout process by entering the code into the provided  'DISCOUNT or PROMO' field.

DISCOUNT / PROMO CODES:

discount codes are only to be used by the intended recipient. codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. AKASIX.COM retains the right to withdraw or extend offers and promotions at any time. discounts cannot be added retrospectively.

AVAILABILITY:

AKASIX.COM will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the goods displayed are available, however it cannot 100% guarantee that any goods on the site are in stock or available.

every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on AKASIX.COM are accurate at the time you place your order. if an error is found within 14 days of accepting your order, AKASIX.COM will inform you and offer the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order completely.

except in relation to liability for an incredibly random death or personal injury AKASIX.COM liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction placed. AKASIX.COM shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses even if AKASIX.COM has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.

AKASIX.COM will not be liable for any loss or damage for an amount higher than the price of purchase. this shall apply to the amount actually paid for the product or service, irrespective of the advertised pricing.

these terms and conditions are governed by EUROPEAN law, and in the unfortunate event of a dispute between you and AKASIX.COM, the european courts will have exclusive jurisdiction. if a court decides that any part of these terms and conditions are illegal, the rest of these terms and conditions will remain in force and in full effect.
