this FAQs page should address any common questions you MAY have.

WHAT IS OUR MADE TO ORDER POLICY?

Most items can be MADE TO ORDER.

To do so, please use the ORDER REQUEST FORM provided, this can be accessed via link in the footer nav menu or on each shop front page.

Once a request has been received, we will check availability of fabrics and reply within 3 -5 days.

When confirmed, your order should be completed and dispatched within 14 days.

If, for whatever reason delays arise, we will remain in constant communication with routine updates.

Please note: As items are made specifically for the customer, AKASIX.COM may not always be able to guarantee refund options.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We aim to make the shipping as quick and easy as possible. We make an initial handling charge of 30euros plus 5euros for each individual item.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING…

All domestic shipping within Czech Republic will be sent by DPD courier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING…

You can chose between Czech International registered mail or DHL express. unfortunately we cannot pay the tax and import duties you may incur.

CAN I EDIT MY CUSTOMER INFORMATION?

Yes customers can edit their saved shipping addresses and payment information.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS OR PASSWORD?

Customers can only reset their password when they logged into their account before checkout. The option to reset password doesn't appear on checkout page.

Customers needing to update their email address should create a new account. Customers can use the Forgot password? link in the SIGN IN window to reset their password.

It’s NOT possible for AKA SIX to change customer’s email or details for their behalf.

CAN CUSTOMERS SAVE PAYPAL AS A PAYMENT METHOD?

No. Customers can only save credit card information and billing addresses.

CUSTOMER CHECK OUT WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT?

Yes, logging into an account at checkout is optional. Customers can also check out as a guest.

WILL ORDERS APPEAR IN MY ACCOUNT IF LOGGED OUT DURING PURCHASES?

All orders placed with the same email address will appear in their Customer profile in the Customers panel. However, when a customer views their own account, orders placed while logged out won’t be included. Orders placed before creating their account won’t be included.
